Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our Bulgaria-based operations. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, coordinating with carriers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and accurate shipment tracking in our logistics systems.
Ideal candidates will have fluent Dutch, an interest in logistics, strong analytical skills, and experience with CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Dutch language fluency is mandatory.
- EU passport is required.
- Interest or experience in Logistics & Supply Chain or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support regarding logistics, distribution, and supply chain tracking for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Coordinate with carriers and warehouses to resolve delivery discrepancies and ensure service efficiency.
- Maintain logs of shipments and delivery statuses in logistics systems.
- Proactively communicate potential supply chain delays to customers and offer solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with international teams to streamline delivery processes and optimize the customer journey.
- Handle high-priority escalations with professionalism and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Execute data entry and documentation tasks to keep records audit-ready.
