Job summary

Lifted is seeking Dutch-speaking coding experts with strong JSON expertise to join an enterprise-style evaluation project. You will work on real-time conversational scenarios, review AI-generated transcripts, and assess language quality, formatting, and technical accuracy.

This 2–3 month engagement offers flexible hours; experts can work remotely and will be asked to record sessions, produce justified evaluations, and ensure data quality according to project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C1/C2 level as evaluated via speaking/listening assessment.
• Strong JSON knowledge including reading, validating, and troubleshooting structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
• Review and label transcripts, evaluate AI responses using rubrics.
• Provide written justifications and assess language quality, formatting, and technical accuracy.
• Capture required session artifacts including session IDs and logs.
• Operate with no pre-planned scripts; respond naturally.
