Job summary

Enterprise Client is seeking contractors to help improve AI-generated audio outputs through expert evaluation. You will participate in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems and review transcripts for clarity, helpfulness, naturalness, and technical accuracy.

Ideal candidates have German language proficiency at C1/C2, strong JSON literacy, and meticulous attention to audio quality with minimal background noise.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level, verified.
• JSON fluency: reading, validating, troubleshooting JSON.

Responsibilities

• Participating in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
• Reviewing and labeling conversation transcripts, evaluating AI responses for clarity, helpfulness, naturalness, and technical accuracy.
• Capturing session artifacts including recordings, Session IDs, and tool-call/console logs.

• Ability to produce clear audio quality with no background noise and strong attention to detail.
• Work is expected to begin right away and continue for 2-3 months, with potential for additional work.
• Experts may work at any schedule of their choosing, for as long as tasks are available.
• Must pass a 15-minute computational concepts assessment (JSON, reasoning, language proficiency) which is not compensated.
