myPOS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Agent in Bulgaria. You will assist Dutch-speaking merchants across chat, email, and phone, explaining payment flows and platform features while resolving issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes clear language, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with specialist teams. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer support, a strong English foundation, and a genuine interest in fintech.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable with English communication.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (call centre, BPO, or support).
• Ability to explain technical or financial topics in plain language.
• Calm, resilient demeanor under busy conditions.
• Comfort with digital tools and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech/payments or POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking merchants via chat, email, and phone.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution and follow-up.
• Explain account features and payment flows clearly in Dutch.
• Collaborate with Payments Operations or Account Verification to resolve complex cases.
• Translate technical or financial concepts into user-friendly language.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and experiences.
