Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a payroll operations professional to support our international payroll implementations and ongoing processing. You will ensure accurate payroll delivery across client accounts and collaborate with management to optimize processes.

The role requires Dutch payroll expertise, strong MS Office skills, and experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft. A Bachelor’s in a business field is preferred, with benefits and a global work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting or corporate environment.
• Expert knowledge on Dutch payroll processes, practices and associated legislation.
• HRIS knowledge with Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable to meet client deadlines.
• Provide daily functional support to payroll teams and own end-to-end payroll processes with sign-offs.
• Maintain Client Solution workbook and update Defined Work Instructions (DWIs).
• Review Statements of Work for fit and purpose before sharing with clients.
• Collaborate with management to drive automation, process improvement and upsell opportunities.
