Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with Dutch to support the Dutch payroll lifecycle end-to-end from our remote-friendly environment. You will upskill colleagues, deliver coaching, and champion innovation while ensuring accurate payroll processing and adherence to client requirements.

You will collaborate with the payroll team across regions, handle sensitive data, and participate in go-lives and project implementations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of payroll administration experience in an HR/outsourcing or corporate setting.
• Fluent English and Dutch (B2 minimum) written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch payroll end-to-end according to standards and client requirements.
• Conduct RCA and drive mitigations when issues escalate to clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support Change Request processes.
• Maintain client solution workbook and provide functional support for go-lives and implementations.

You will have a key role in the support of all payroll activities in addition to providing support to the payroll team. As the Senior Specialist you will be expected to upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role while performing champion responsibilities for innovation.Key responsibilities:Supporting Dutch payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transactionUndertaking, supporting and managing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when an issue occurs resulting in a client escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implementedPro-actively identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified.
