We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dutch Payroll Consultant to join a dynamic team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while delivering excellent customer service. If you have experience in end-to-end payroll, data management, and compliance, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Manage customer service queries and data processing tasks as required
• Ensure compliance with statutory and year-end reporting requirements
• Provide expert payroll advice, staying up to date with Dutch payroll legislation
• Train and support apprentices or associates on payroll and customer service activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Handle system maintenance testing and liaise with third parties when needed
• Ensure all tasks meet SLA agreements, compliance standards, and SOC controls

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in Dutch payroll processing
