We are searching for an experienced Solution Consultant (Ready – Payroll) to join our Ready Launch Services Team remotely. As a Solution Consultant, you will guide client(s) of varying size and complexity through the launch of UKG Ready and assist with the transition to post-go-live services.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provides UKG Ready Payroll implementation services to clients
  • Works closely with project managers and client project teams to understand details of project objectives to create system design and/or recommendations
  • Work with Project Manager to analyze client business needs to determine optimal UKG Ready configuration
  • Consults with clients to design, build, test, and deploy UKG Ready functional components
  • Builds and delivers the documentation necessary to effectively communicate configuration requirements and recommendations to customers
  • Manages multiple implementations and transition go-live projects for various clients simultaneously
  • Sets priorities, develops work schedule, monitors progress towards goals, and tracks daily activities
  • Effectively assists with the transition of client to ongoing vendor support
  • Conducts consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) while teaching or demonstrating new skills and/or tasks to client audiences
  • Attends internal and requested external client project meetings to provide accurate status and progress of activities and deliverables
  • Achieves and maintains thorough knowledge of UKG Ready and other product modules with required certifications
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to other consultants in areas of UKG Ready expertise
  • Achieves company utilization targets
  • Other duties as directed by Leadership

Required Experience

  • UKG Ready Payroll certification
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of UKG Ready activation/launch or implementation experience
  • Previous experience in professional services or consulting organization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Successfully manage conflicting project priorities
  • Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with minimal direction
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Strong work ethic, and sense of pride in work efforts and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years' experience as a team or project lead
  • Proficient with the use of standard technology including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing, and other online meeting software
  • Experience with UKG Ready as system administrator
  • Other UKG Ready certifications
  • HR or payroll practitioner with industry or professional certification
  • Business analyst and/or project management professional experience highly desired

Work and Travel Requirements

  • Able to work remotely from a home office
  • Legal residence and ability to work in the United States OR legal residence and ability to work in Canada
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
