Extreme Networks is seeking an Inside Service Sales Representative to accelerate service revenue in a Netherlands-focused role with high flexibility. You will manage renewals, upsell advanced services, and partner with clients to grow the pipeline while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS/service sales, is fluent in Dutch and English, and is comfortable traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS/Service Sales or business development.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with C-suite negotiation experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel for quotes and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own service revenue for assigned territory by renewal quotes and upsells.
• Partner with teams to cross-sell into existing customer base.
• Create proactive quotes, manage pricing requests, run promotions.
• Provide weekly forecast and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to account teams.
