Job summary

Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, is seeking a QSight Supply Chain Operations Analyst in Durham, NC. You will implement inventory management processes to improve accuracy and reduce costs, while serving as the point of contact for supply-related issues at the customer site.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and assisting with technology implementations such as cataloging items and training staff.

Qualifications

• BA or MBA or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2+ years in hospital supply chain, distribution, or related field.
• Strong project management, communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control using QSight and RFID.
• Manage client relationships and contract scope within site teams.
• Ensure invoices align with contracts and service status.
• Collaborate to implement technology platforms and cataloging.
• Develop and execute statements of work (SOW) and proposals.
• Support multiple departments across customer sites.
