Experience in mentoring, coaching, youth work or childcare is valuable; graduates or aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply. This full-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring, coaching, youth work, childcare or education is desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to support children to develop confidence and learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with pupils and nurture their motivation.
• Help learners set achievable learning and personal goals.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring to boost engagement.
