We’re currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to work across welcoming secondary schools in Durham, starting in September on a term-time basis.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll support students across multiple Key Stages, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You’ll work closely with teachers and SEND teams to provide tailored classroom support, whether working one-to-one, with small intervention groups, or supporting the whole class.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and making a positive difference to the lives of young people. Whether you have previous school experience or transferable skills from youth work, care, coaching, or mentoring, we’d love to hear from you.
