Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Durability Engineer in North America Quality to lead end-to-end durability issue resolution, from detection through validation. You will own root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Mopar TSO to reduce warranty spend while maintaining product integrity.

The role requires strong problem-solving, Lean/Six Sigma background, and the ability to report open issues, escalations, and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
• 7+ years of experience in a related role
• Detailed technical understanding of automotive systems and components

Responsibilities

• Lead issue identification and definition through warranty data, field inputs, and analytics.
• Manage part procurement, root cause analysis, and documentation within GIMs and Sirius systems.
• Own cradle-to-grave topics and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely, effective solutions.
• Validate solution effectiveness through data-driven analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Mopar TSO teams to integrate lessons learned and prevent recurrence.
