Stellantis seeks a Durability Engineer to join the North America Quality team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will own durability issues end-to-end—from initial detection through root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and validation of solution effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a related role.
• Detailed technical understanding of automotive systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Lead issue identification and definition through warranty data and analytics, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Own cradle-to-grave durability topics from detection to corrective action and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Mopar TSO to prevent recurrence and optimize repairs.
