Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of automotive quality/engineering experience
• Ability to synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate to all levels
• Self-directed and team oriented with planning/problem solving skills
• Experience with computer systems and software; proficiency in Office tools
• Experience in a union environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify new warranty failure modes by analyzing warranty data
• Manage part return material activities for Chassis and HVAC areas
• Review supplier testing procedures for accurate material evaluation
• Use corporate data reporting systems to capture quality spills
• Plan and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Represent voice of the customer to platform teams
• Drive results and translate ideas into actionable steps
