Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Maui is seeking a Buffet Attendant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will assist in buffet setup, deliver food from the kitchen, and help clear and reset stations while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest-first service.

This role requires at least one year in food service, ability to carry a tray, and Hawaii Food Handler Card. Expect a casual schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests in addition to stocking, replenishing and maintaining the Buffets.This role is part of theFood & BeverageDivision, reporting to theDUOManagement Team.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
