Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui seeks an In Room Dining Sweeper to assist the Room Service Server with tray setup, cleaning, and guest requests. The role supports the Food & Beverage team and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and TB clearance.

Expect a casual, physically active schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and strong training survive opportunities are offered, along with complimentary employee meals and uniform care.

Responsabilités

• Clear, clean and set-up room service tray tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service; ensure that guest corridors and service landings are free from tray tables and debris.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.

In Room Dining Sweeper

Serve guest needs by assisting the Room Service Server, tray table removal, setting/cleaning/clearing/bussing room service tables, and completing guest requests.This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the In Room DiningManagement Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do
