Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui seeks a Duo AM Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team. You will assist the Food Server by delivering food from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

The role requires at least one year in food service, the ability to carry a tray, and a Hawaii Food Handler Card. ServSafe and TB clearance may be required. This is an on-site, active position with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year food service or related work experience.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card is required.
• ServSafe certification within 3 months of start.
• Tuberculosis clearance may be required.

DUO AM Food Runner

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the DUOManagement Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
