Dunkin’ Donuts is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee overall operations at our Ohio location. You’ll drive sales and profit goals, support local store marketing, and lead the Restaurant Management Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll guide performance, engagement, and training initiatives, with a focus on timely service and quality beverages, while collaborating with franchisee leadership.

Qualifikationen

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional guest service skills.
