Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Lorain, Ohio seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee team scheduling, opening and closing routines, inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with the management team to execute local store marketing, mentor and develop staff, monitor performance, and deliver effective training to improve service levels and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong guest service, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
