Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, from customer service to local store marketing and achieving sales and profit goals. You will lead the Restaurant Management Team and front-line staff, driving performance, engagement, and training initiatives to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations across the unit.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
