Duet - Nebraska in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Program Development Specialist to work with clinicians on Functional Behavior Assessments to build behavior support and safety plans and train staff to implement these plans.

The role involves authoring plans, developing training curricula, and coordinating with Direct Support Professionals and Managers to ensure SMART goals and timely data reviews. Willingness to travel to rural locations and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 2 years of community-based service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency systems.
• Must be able to travel independently to rural locations and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and adapt curriculum for employee training that align with current best practices.
• Partner with Direct Support Professionals and Managers to correctly complete assessments and programs.
• Assure all goals meet SMART criteria.
• Audit data quarterly to ensure monthly goal reviews are on schedule and accurate.

We assist in the activities of daily living, provide community engagement opportunities, job coaching and life skills training, as well as skilled nursing care as needed.A Day in the Life:Author all Behavior Support and Safety Plans and take a lead in training.Develop and adapt curriculum for employee training that align with current best practices.Be willing to be flexible with schedule and put in the necessary time to complete all duties.Be actively involved with all program development and execution.
