Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an Associate Principal - Package Implementation in the US to lead design and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions. You will mentor a development team, drive architecture discussions, and ensure high-quality code delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders.

The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Duck Creek tools and integrations to meet complex business requirements across client projects.

Role Description

Job Title: Associate Principal - Package Implementation

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 10 to 12 years of expertise in Duck Creek Policy to lead design implementation and support of insurance policy administration solutions with DuckCreek Integration knowledge


• Lead the development and configuration of Duck Creek Policy modules to align with complex business requirements


• Collaborate with business analyst’s stakeholders and cross functional teams to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions


• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author Express and Manuscript tools


• Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts especially PC Property Casualty


• Lead the design development and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions


• Collaborate with business analyst’s architects and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team


• Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards


• Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting


• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client


• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input


• Support integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice To Have Not Mandatory)

• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation


• Knowledge of Duck Creek Billing and Claims


• Knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs web services and enterprise integration patterns


• Exposure to Azure services and cloud-based integrations


• Understanding of CICD Git and Azure DevOps

Soft Skills

• Possess strong written and oral communication skills


• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level


• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation


• Ability to guide developers conduct reviews provide technical direction and build team capability


• Ability to clearly communicate complex Duck Creek design and integration concepts to both technical and business audiences


• Strong ability to analyze complex Policy configuration integration production and performance issues and drive them to resolution

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
