Overview

We are seeking an experienced DuckCreek professional with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and enhancing DuckCreek Policy solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, rating, forms, and integration with downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize DuckCreek Policy (Author / Producer / Tools) components.
• Develop rating, product configuration, forms, rules, and workflows within Duck Creek Policy.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems using APIs, messaging, and other integration frameworks.
• Participate in design reviews, defect triage, testing support, and release management.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.
• Support Policy modernization initiatives, migrations, and deployment cycles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues during development, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• 3–8+ years of professional experience in P&C Insurance domain.
• 2–6+ years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek Policy.
• Strong knowledge of DuckCreek Author / Product Configuration / Rating.
• Experience with DuckCreek forms, rules, pages, and workflow setup.
• Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP, messaging frameworks, and APIs.
• Understanding of P&C lines such as Auto, Umbrella, Homeowners, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and debugging skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
