Job summary

Next Level Solutions is seeking a Duck Creek Developer II in Massachusetts to design, develop, and deliver Duck Creek-based web applications. You will work with Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to translate business requirements into ManuScript configurations and robust technical components.

You will leverage experience with Duck Creek Platform, Skins, API, and C# to build solutions, while collaborating in an Agile environment to ensure client success and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Duck Creek product lines
Proficiency in ManuScript configuration
Strong understanding of Duck Creek Platform components (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop web applications and services using software development best practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and configuration management
Coordinate configuration and testing with appropriate departments for client application release schedules
Work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements
Develop custom Duck Creek solutions via ManuScript configuration
Collaborate to understand business needs and translate them into ManuScript Inheritance structures, including design of technical components

What You’ll Bring:

Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Thorough understanding of the Duck Creek Platform, including all components (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
Experience using Duck Creek Skins
Experience using C# based custom business objects
Experience using Duck Creek API
Experience using Duck Creek Anywhere
Full knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile environment
Solid understanding of logical programming, data structures, and design platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
Can work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to take ownership of customer issues and see through to resolution
2+ years of experience with Duck Creek product lines
