Next Level Solutions in Springfield, IL, is seeking a Senior Developer for our Duck Creek Development Team. You will design and deliver custom Duck Creek solutions, mentor junior developers, and lead small project teams in a fast-paced insurance tech environment.

You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, while shaping technical direction and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years working with Duck Creek products.
• Strong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT).
• Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript development.
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT (or similar programming languages).
• Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, XQueries).
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, ADO/JIRA, and source control systems
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, especially Agile environments
• Experience mentoring developers and leading small project teams
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Additional Details
