Next Level Solutions is seeking a Duck Creek Senior Developer to design and deliver custom Duck Creek solutions for client success. You’ll lead a small team, mentor colleagues, and influence technical direction in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Bring 5+ years of industry experience, 4+ years with Duck Creek, and strong knowledge of the platform. Utilize SQL Server and ManuScript, while collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years with Duck Creek products.
• Strong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT).
• Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript development.
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT and SQL Server features.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure Duck Creek solutions using ManuScript.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to planning, design, and continuous improvement of development processes

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years working with Duck Creek products
• Strong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
• Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript development
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT (or similar programming languages)
• Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, XQueries)
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, ADO/JIRA, and source control systems
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, especially Agile environments
• Experience mentoring developers and leading small project teams
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
