Job summary

Citi in Dubai is seeking a meticulous Regulatory Credit Risk Analyst to identify and assess emerging regulatory risks within the Wholesale Credit portfolio and ensure compliance with evolving local rules.

You will coordinate regulatory reporting with control functions, support governance forums, and prepare analyses for risk committees, partnering with ICM/CLM and 1LoD teams to strengthen risk governance and mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in risk management, credit analysis, or regulatory reporting in banking/financial services.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills; proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Approvals coordination: prepare groundwork for pre/post-approvals and maintain dashboards for local regulatory and institutional approvals.
• Regulatory gap analysis: assess new local regulations against WCR policies and help implement action plans.
• Governance presentation: prepare materials for ROC, MOC, and CCC meetings and other stakeholders.
• Regulatory reporting: coordinate and submit local regulatory surveys and reporting with stakeholders.
• Portfolio risk assessment: lead rapid portfolio reviews with ICM/CLM and 1LoD to assess risk.
