Goodwin Recruiting is seeking two Restaurant General Managers to lead two full-service resort restaurants. If you are a driven, experienced general manager with an ownership mentality, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities include overseeing, training, and developing staff while managing two restaurants, driving guest satisfaction, and meeting annual sales goals. Compensation ranges from $91,000 to $115,000 with relocation, health benefits, and PTO/travel perks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a General Manager.
• 8-10 years in the F&B industry overall.
• Ownership mentality.
• New restaurant opening experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and develop all staff.
• Ability to manage two restaurants simultaneously.
• Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business.
• Maintain store budget and meet annual sales goals set forth by ownership.
