Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting has partnered with a great hospitality group in Hawaii to recruit two Restaurant General Managers for full-service resort restaurants.

We are seeking driven leaders with ownership mentality who can oversee two venues, develop staff, control budgets, and drive guest satisfaction to achieve annual sales goals. Relocation assistance and a strong base salary are offered. Ideal candidates will bring 8–10 years in F&B and 3–5 years as GM, with restaurant opening experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a General Manager.
• 8-10 years in the F&B industry overall.
• Ownership mentality.
• New restaurant opening experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and develop all staff.
