Lifetouch's JCPenney Portraits studio in Sterling, VA is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead daily operations and coach a photography team. You will provide outstanding customer service, manage scheduling, hiring, training, and sales processes, and drive performance and results.

The role requires strong communication and a willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends. Training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales, customer satisfaction).
