Job summary

Scion is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of our properties in a fast-paced, collegiate environment. You will lead onsite facilities teams and external vendors, oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems, and ensure maintenance aligns with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and follow-through, with opportunities to assist other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building services and preventative maintenance.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to supervise vendors and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance programs per SOPs and regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems.
• Monitor systems and provide diagnostics, maintenance, testing, and certifications for major building systems.
• Operate and manage life safety systems including fire pumps, alarms, extinguishers, lighting and egress.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work and ensure quality per Scion standards.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to complete service requests on time.
