Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of Hill Country Place and related properties in San Antonio, Texas. You will lead the onsite Facilities team and coordinate with third‑party vendors to deliver reliable service and compliant operations.

This exempt, on-site role requires strong problem solving, proactive leadership, and the ability to handle multiple properties in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to assist other sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities teams in a large property setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance programs and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building services and preventive maintenance per SOPs and regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Monitor systems, perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, testing, permitting, and certifications for major systems.
