Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Cascade Woods Apartments and Bryant Street Townhomes in the Beaverton & Aloha area. You will lead onsite teams, manage operations and financial performance, and foster a welcoming community culture.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of multi-site property management experience, leasing knowledge, and strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site property management.
• Understanding of all aspects of leasing.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of two properties and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Screen rental applications by checking credit, employment, and rental history.
• Enforce community policies and maintain high living standards.
• Supervise and develop onsite staff and manage budgets to minimize expenses.
• Market the properties and oversee leasing to maximize occupancy.
