Job summary

Sunday River and Sugarloaf seek a driven, relationship-first sales professional to represent both mountains in Maine’s association and government segments. This field-based role requires regular travel, site visits, and collaboration with the VP of Sales teams at both resorts.

You’ll lead end-to-end group sales, build lasting client partnerships, and craft compelling proposals that align with our diverse venues and offerings, driving revenue and guest experiences across two world-class

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality, resort, or event/group management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing a demanding travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across both resorts with a shared portfolio.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new group business; deepen existing accounts.
• Execute all stages of the group sales cycle from lead gen to contract close.
• Develop and present proposals that match client needs to Sunday River and Sugarloaf.
