Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation in Maine seeks a driven group sales professional to represent Sunday River and Sugarloaf, focusing on association and government segments. You’ll work in the field, live within an hour of Augusta, and drive revenue across both resorts with a broad mix of events and programs.

You’ll build lasting relationships, visit clients across Maine and New England, and coordinate with conference services to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, resort, or event/group management.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding group sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely while managing a demanding travel schedule.
• Strong organization and problem-solving instincts; proactive and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across both resorts, managing a broad mix of group business and events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent visits and tailored proposals.
• Coordinate strategy and execution with two resort teams to ensure seamless handoffs and guest experiences.
