SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Varied, must have open availability due to shift bids

PAY

Starting at $26.17 per hour while working as a Pit Manager, and $23.80 per hour while working as a Floor Supervisor, with opportunities for annual increases. Shift premium of $1 per hour while working between the hours of 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Table Games Shift Manager

SCOPE OF POSITION

Responsible for the implementation and the compliance with the company's policies and procedures, and supervises the operation of assigned Pits to ensure game integrity and guest satisfaction.

The secondary position requires the supervision of assigned tables ensuring game integrity and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices.

  • Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures relating to table games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, etc., ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Responsible for supervising the operation of specified table games.
  • Maintains the highest quality standards in all areas of guest service and hospitality and developing players.
  • Ensures that all games move at an appropriate pace. Maintains appropriate game spread, limits and staffing.
  • Informs Shift Managers of all noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual activity. Facilitates the flow of information throughout the Table Games Department.
  • Coaches Team Members in their span of control to maintain and improve on expected levels of performance, promotion and productivity by using positive motivation.
  • Is familiar with Table Games accounting procedures and administrative tasks i.e., fills, credits, marker transactions and responsibilities and monitors the same for Floor Supervisors.
  • Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (Tribal, federal, state, compact, etc.) and associated regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include maintaining sufficient staffing levels; interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Successful completion of any of the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Training programs.WEEA Certified.
