Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of our Dual Property hotel operations. This leadership position is responsible for driving financial performance, creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the dual property consistently meets Midas Hospitality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience required, including GM/AGM roles.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and labor controls.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Knowledge of revenue management, sales strategies, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with PMS, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Eng, Sales).
• Recruit, coach, develop, and recognize associates; foster inclusive culture.
• Establish performance expectations and hold leadership teams accountable.
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain high service standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, P&L, labor, and profitability initiatives.
• Analyze financial reports to identify revenue and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and market share.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Build relationships with guests, ownership groups, vendors, and the community.
• Lead meetings and align hotel teams with company initiatives.
