The Marriott-branded hotels SpringHill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South seek a Dual Marriott Brand Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping departments, ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a hotel setting.

• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
• Implement procedures for lost and found, linen handling and sanitation.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure optimal staffing levels for efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
• Manage supplies and linen inventory; place orders as needed.
• Monitor housekeeping expenses and assist in budget preparation.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and requests.
• Coordinate with front office for room status updates.

Job Summary:

The Dual Marriott Brand Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping departments at the Springhill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping departments.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
• Implement procedures for lost and found items, linen handling, and sanitation.

Staff Management:

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment.

• Fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Will be required to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
