Dreamscape Hospitality seeks a Dual Marriott Brand Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping at Springhill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South, ensuring top cleanliness and service for guest rooms and public spaces. This leadership role covers staff management, budget control, and cross-department coordination to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, inspections, and maintaining records, while driving cost controls

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar hotel leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, supplies, equipment, and OSHA standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to hotel standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory, linen, and budgeting; monitor expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain records of schedules, inspections, inventory, and maintenance.
