Spectrum Community Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Dual Lead who coordinates with the support team to maintain health and wellness and to arrange medical and dental appointments and aftercare. You will communicate healthcare information to team members, review progress data and report outcomes toward goals, and support recovery-based, person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D or equivalent
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Must successfully complete all required background clearances

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance (TB test, drug screen & physical exam), and MILTC screening
