Job summary

Spectrum Community Services seeks a dedicated Dual Lead in Byron Center, MI to coordinate health and wellness efforts, manage medical and dental appointments, and ensure clear communication within the support team. The role emphasizes culturally competent, recovery-based practices and shared decision-making in care planning.

Responsibilities include reviewing healthcare data, reporting outcomes, and facilitating person-centered planning for individuals served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background clearances.
