Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Sales Manager (OEM) to drive revenue and build client relationships for a property. You will train teams, track activity in Delphi, and contribute to monthly reports while representing the brand in the local community.

Ideal candidates have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of hotel sales experience, and familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree.
• 1-year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Experience with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt preferred.
• Ability to develop proactive sales strategies and manage revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation for the property.
• Maintain brand standards and procedures.
• Enter and track sales activities in Delphi and related systems.
• Prospect leads, set appointments, and manage group blocks.
• Support guest experiences and community relations.
