This onsite role requires close partnership with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, Front Office and Hotel Leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Revenue Management or Inventory Management within a full-service Marriott hotel.
• Experience leading reservations or front office teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage room inventory, rate loading, restrictions, and space availability to optimize revenue across two hotels.
• Maintain accuracy of Marriott systems; ensure rates, packages, and inventory align with objectives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales and Reservations to support forecasting and demand decisions.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability.
• Lead inventory and reservations team with focus on operational excellence and internal service.
