Job summary

The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa and Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, AL seek an Executive Meeting Manager to lead hotel sales, catering and events for groups. You will manage inquiries, planning, and client relationships from start to finish.

You'll coordinate room blocks, F&B, AV, and contracts, while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring seamless execution with both properties’ teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, catering, events, group coordination, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Confident communication with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Interest in sales, relationship building, and growing business.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients from inquiry through planning, coordinating room blocks, meeting space, F&B, AV, and other event details.
• Develop group and catering business by responding to opportunities, preparing proposals, assisting with contracts, and following up.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and thoughtful recommendations.
• Help clients get more from their event by understanding needs and upsell opportunities.
• Keep details organized with accurate client information, event documents, and deadlines.
• Work closely with hotel teams to ensure booked business is communicated to all departments.
