Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations of SpringHill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South. This dual-role position coordinates management across two properties to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive revenue, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure brand standards and safety compliance, and mentor staff to sustain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management, ideally overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across both properties.
• Coordinate and support department heads to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff.
