Job summary

Motlow State Community College is accepting applications for the Dual Enrollment Regional Program Manager position. The campus is Moore County, and the role reports to the Dual Enrollment/Academic Affairs department. Salary ranges from $48,717 to $51,717.

The incumbent will lead dual enrollment initiatives across a geographic region, liaison with high schools, and support students through admissions, graduation, and grant processes. Strong collaboration and data reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum two years experience in higher education student services or program management.
• Ability to collaborate with high school counselors and area CTE directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning for dual enrollment initiatives in an assigned region.
• Coordinate with LEA and community partners to expand dual enrollment opportunities.
• Advise students on admissions, grants, scholarships, and course options; support retention and persistence.
