Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a closely related field.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Two (2) years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dual, joint, and Accel enrollment programs and articulation.
• Attend recruiting events to raise awareness of dual enrollment.
• Plan orientation for new dual enrollment students and parents.
• Provide information on programs and facilitate admissions, testing, transcripts, and financial aid.
• Serve as primary contact with high school staff to promote seamless transitions between secondary and postsecondary education.
• Educate secondary staff about dual enrollment and articulation matrices.
• Maintain up-to-date written processes for dual and articulation enrollment.
• Obtain required signatures for dual enrollment agreements in a timely manner.
• Plan and implement college-wide recruitment activities.
• Deliver information about dual enrollment via in-person, written, electronic, or virtual means.
• Coordinate with financial aid regarding tuition, HOPE grants/scholarships.
• Work with Student Records to distribute final grades and transcripts.
