Job summary

The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), part of the City University of New York (CUNY) system, seeks an Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment to provide strategic oversight and leadership for dual enrollment and early college programs (K16). The role focuses on growing partnerships, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous program improvement under the Director’s guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience required.
Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience in data collection and analysis to support effective program operations and evaluation.
Proficiency in group facilitation, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of dual enrollment programs within K16 Initiatives, including budgeting, strategy and planning, and staff support.
Develop and maintain relationships with program partners, including NYC Public Schools and CUNY campuses.
Monitor and evaluate student achievement, staff performance, financial resource management, and enrollment/participation patterns across all programs.
