Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) invites applications for a Dual Enrollment Manager. You will partner with NYC high schools and CUNY campuses to support the Early College Network, design resources, and help schools meet improvement goals.

The role blends policy oversight, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation, with a hybrid schedule (70% in-person, 30% remote) and opportunities for growth within RFCUNY.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating college access events and data collection/analysis for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships across high school and campus staff to align network goals.
• Engage schools, identify challenges, and co-develop solutions for continuous improvement.
• Develop user-friendly resources, guides, and templates for CUNY Early College network.
• Support school action plans and connect campus teams with central staff for issue resolution.
